I was considering an extreme sentence but then I thought, What kind of new world order are they trying to establish, and do they have substantial proof of Lucius' crimes? Really, all they can get him with is destruction of property and conspiracy to commit dubious (even murderous) acts. Plus, he can always use the "Voldemort threatened to kill my family" plea. That and he's rich. The Ministry needs to fix up everything that has been destroyed.

I'm afraid that Lucius will not be in the subsequent chapters. Narcissa, however, will. ^^

Yeah, I could have went easy on the adjectives. I guess, in my delerium, I thought I was Rowling. Hehe. As for my "orbs", I was just sick of constantlytyping eyes or irises. It was time to switch it up. I guess I could have wrote "peepers", but that doesn't seem to carry the right ring to it, ya know?

Hopefully, I should have the next chapter up tonight. Thus begins the showdown between Draco and Harry, and we shall find out whether Draco goes to Azkaban or not. Dun dun dun.

I'm really glad you liked this chapter. Fluff-wise, the only chapter that will beat this one is the last one. Now, remember that DG is a roller coaster ride of ups and downs (like visiting you're bipolar aunt). You will end up hating me again, I'm sure. ^_~

Author Feedback: I'm slaving away on Prelude, yes. She's my baby. She takes a little longer since there's so much plot and mystery behind it. I have to be able to carefully insert subtle clues without giving too much away. Plus each chapter is at least 3-4 times the length of a single chapter of Shades of Grey. ^_^
