oh no! he's gone too long without food. that fool harry. on the one hand, if he turns hermione, they could be a couple forever... assuming she forgives him for turning her. |

Yess, I can see where that would be disturbing to him; acquiring memories in that manner would disturb me, too. OTOH, I've seen some sf novels with similar things happening by pure advanced tech and not magic (hmm, Clarke's Third Law at work? Or it's reverse (any sufficiently advanced magic in indistinguishable from technology)? Now, his moves to totally neutralize Bella are a bit extreme, but she did ask for it and he did act in defense of himself and others. Despite how vampires are viewed, he's clearly not Dark, though I'd think it fair to label him "gray". |

Heh, most interesting turns of events, there. I reckon Hermione's behavior is what I'd expect from her under the circumstances, she'd want to clear the air on a lot of things and now she's finding that Harry's got more problems than she thought but I doubt they'll put *her* off. Now, I can definitely see the two youngest Weasleys being severely put off by Harry's latest complication, and that's without the extreme reaction their mother will have. If Hermione's the only one staying with Harry, I'm sure that'll not set well with the youngest two Weasleys either, not that this is going to bother stop either Harry or Hermione. |

well, now, that's an expectable reaction from Harry's escort and the Order. I'm really surprised they didn't have outriders or some similar extra protection, but, then, they've never needed it before. Still, I wonder if their magic orientation blinded them to the possibility of changing up and just using a muggle automobile to throw folks off? In any case, it's going to be an interesting time for all and I do have to feel some sympathy for Hermione. OTOH, I love Harry's response to Dumble's picture at the end of the chapter.
The origin of vampires? Well, I'm going out on a limb and say a magical virus is the cause; there's insufficient data, though, as to whether it's a naturally-evolved virus or something produced through the magical equivalent of biological engineering. |
Author Feedback: A magical virus...a very interesting and ingenious concept, and admittedly one I have never thought of before. |

Hmm, now that's a lot to handle on what was supposed to be one of the best night's of Harry's life as he attained his majority. It's certainly a way of catching the reader's attention and interest and there's obviously one hell of a backstory here. I'll be looking forward to reading the rest of this story and seeing "who's cheatin' who and who's being true" in regard to the Light and to personal responsibilities. |
Author Feedback: Hmm...from your last sentence, it sounds like you've never read this before, but I know that you've reviewed some of my chapters.
Nevertheless, I look forward to your other reviews. |

I usually don't go for vampire fics, its not the concept of Harry being turned but my irrational dislike for vampires in general. However, this fic is well writen and has a good solid plot. I enjoyed reading it and I would like to congradulate its author on a job well done.
I enjoyed the ending, how the powers of nature once again prove themselves stronger then anything we human could possibly conjure. Although I overlook the scientific inaccuracy of the rapid glaciation of the northern hemisphere.
My only consern with your writting is that occasionally it doesn't flow well. This was a minor thing and only occured in a very few instances.
Keep Writing

I like that the fic was fast paced, you didn't linger and draw out lulls and buzz through action. The epilogue was a very nice touch, especially the cute little fluff at the end. I'm glad to see a well written vampire H/Hr fic - although if you have any recs, I would love to look into them! |

Awww I loved it! Awesome ending, different than all the rest, that's for sure! Any plans on writing another Harry and Hermione (vamp)fiction anytime soon? They are my favourite and you would have my unwavering support 100%. |
Author Feedback: Nothing planned yet, but we'll see what the future holds. |

I like how Darknight said your move almost implies that there will be a sequel???
And just a wild guess but does Darknights idol happen tro be the Batman?
Just a guess in the dark. |
Author Feedback: Off the top of my head, only Blood Bound comes to mind, but I know that there's at least one other on here, I just don't remember the title.
No, there will be no sequel.
Yes, Darknight's idol is Batman. |

Not be be rude or anything, but you do know that global warming isn't a new thing, right? There are a lot of people out there trying to make it sound worse than it is. Fact is out of all the pollution that humans release we do not release a majority of that which harms the atmosphere and global warming eventually gives rise to global cooling such as ice ages coming and then melting away. It is a way of preserving balance. Second point, wizards have magic and water repelling charms hence flooding means nothing to them. Plot hole numero uno.
Did you know that the founder of the weather channel thinks that Al Gore should be sued for making the situation sound worse than it is? How about the fact that several very respected scientists have pointed out flaws in quite a bit of the data and predictions that Al Gore spews forth. Before you jump to the conclusion that I don't believe in global warming don't. I do, but I just don't think it will be as bad as they try to make it out to be. Things have a way of evening out over a long period of time. Did you know several scientists were positive the earth was going through global cooling back in the 70's or 80's (around that time). They didn't have a Vice President or a big fear mongering movie to boost their proposition and look how right they turned out to be.....
I would also like to point out to you that scientists have been wrong about thing that the majority of scientists agree on when someone comes along who sees things differently. Newton's laws have flaws in them, did you know? So saying a majority means very little because at one point in time a majority thought the earth was flat as well. The point is science doesn't have all of the answers or very many answers at all and a true scientist will tell you they never speak in terms of the absolute. Science involving predicting weather patterns is even worse so do have some doubt when it comes to these things or at least some realism. Prepare for the worst but don't claim it is absolute. People who talk in absolutes find themselves in bad situations a few years down the road when nothing has happened.
I just wanted to let you know that there are more sides to the story of global warming than many people bother to consider. I'm not saying they are wrong, but I am saying they aren't real scientists if they say this is absolute if we don't stop doing certain things. Although, there are a multitude of reasons why we should stop doing certain things that fall under the global warming causes that aren't related to global warming so this fear mongering does have it's upside. The fact is no one can predict the future watch the weather channel they have a hard time saying what the week is going to be like so for them to say massive floods are coming in a few years is a bit far fetched.
Also, I am a physics major so I do know quite a bit about different sciences. I've done a lot of reading on global warming and many people have made compelling arguments for both sides of the topic so it basically comes down to the fact that we don't know. We can say this may be more likely, but we can't see into the future so try to keep an open mind about all things that is after all what science is all about even though many scientists tend to forget that nowadays. |

Ohh, I really liked it but I'm kinda sad that we didn't see Ron or Ginny even try to be friends or contact them again. It's so occ for them, especially Ron to not even try even just once? |

I liked it, I've always been facinated by vampires. Not the least of which is the perfect image of scaring the piss out of someone you hate by hissing and flashing them your fangs. I thouroughly enjoyed this story and will be checking out your other ones. Great Job! |
